The PTSO helps our school in so many ways! We love to support and spoil FWAFA Teachers and Staff! The PTSO purchases technology, programs and materials and provides for student field trips to support FWAFA academics. We provide Arts & Enrichment activities that benefit everyone!
How it's done...
Teachers, families, students and local businesses work together to accomplish these goals by:

- Bidding in Kids Take Over the School
- Giving generously in our Fall Auction!
This is Me! Arts-A-Thon is a write-a-check campaign. It is our largest fundraiser of the year! Students will have individual profiles that they are able to customize and share. Student, teacher and school based incentives are delivered throughout the two week fundraising period. In this online fundraiser, participating students are encouraged to upload their original works to an online art gallery displayed on our website and social media pages.
Arts-A-Thon Purpose
- Enrich the arts and academics of our students by providing necessary classroom supplies and resources.
- Encouraging students to express themselves through their own lens of art.
- Assist in filling the budget gaps for outstanding school projects.
- Supports year round events for our students and families!
Additional needs we are meeting:
- Outdoor/Indoor Seating Stools: Painted by our students.
- Mobile Classroom Boards
- Chromebooks

Are you ready for the Kids to Take Over FWAFA for a day! This is the PTSO's second biggest fundraiser for the year to support the students, teachers, enrichments programs, arts-based education and more at FWAFA! Here you can bid on a FWAFA teacher or staff member and let your student have a priceless experience! This year we are raising money to support the purchase of new Chromebooks for FWAFA and you can also donate directly for this cause!
Bidding opens at midnight on Wednesday, January 17th and will end Thursday, January 18th at 11:59 PM.
